Do I need to finish a program all in one sitting?
No. The system will remember the last chapter you completed and start you there the next time you login.

How can I get a refund for a course?
If a purchaser decides not to use an online course he/she is entitled to a full refund.
The refund request must be received within seven (7) days of purchase. There will be NO refund provided if the request is outside of the seven (7) day time frame OR if a program is partially completed.

Do I need to use the same computer to access the program?
No. You can access your account from any computer that has an Internet connection 24/7.

How long do I have to finish the course(s) that I have enrolled in?
There is no expiry to access the course(s) until completion.

Can I fail the course?
The course is set up as a self paced training course. Participants are challenged to complete eight modules within the course. Each module has a testing component which requires the participant to get 100% of the test questions correct. If the participant does not get 100%, they are asked to review the material within the module again and then re-challenge the module test. There is no limit to the number of challenges to each module test. Therefore there is no way to fail the course.

Do I get a certificate of completion?
Yes. Once you successfully complete your course you will be able to print a nationally recognized certificate of completion.

How do I get a replacement/resent WHMIS wallet card?
We no longer mail out cards for any online course. You are able to download a PDF in your profile. You can print that as many times as you may need.

I can’t log in.
- If this is your first time logging in, remember that the temporary passwords should be all lower case.
- If you have already logged in once using your temporary password, you would have been asked to change your password. If you don’t remember it, see step 3 below:
- If you don’t remember your PIN or password, click on “I forgot my password” under the log in area and enter the email address you used when registering and it will be automatically emailed to you within a few minutes.
If you are still unable to log in, please contact support.

I did not receive an email with my PIN and password.
If you are using a free Web-based email provider such as Hotmail or Gmail it is possible that the email went to the Junk or Spam folder. Check there first and mark as “safe”. If you cannot locate it contact support.

How do I print my certificate?
Once you have completed a course, log in to your account and click “My Certificates” to print your certificate(s).

I’m an employer/manager responsible for training. Can I track progress and completion of employees?
Yes! We have an Employer Console available to employers or managers with multiple employees. This employer account allows you to issue courses and track progress of all your employees participating in online training, all in one place.
