The system keeps telling me that my PIN and/or password do not work. What do I do?
There are 3 possible explanations:

1) If you have logged in before you will have been asked to change your password. If you can’t remember what your new password is simply click on “Forgot Password” right below the login area and your new password will be emailed to you.

2) If your password is still not working make sure that the “Caps Lock” feature is off on your keyboard. Passwords are case sensitive.

3) If the system still won’t let you in you may have a anti virus system that requires you to accept cookies from this site. Open your virus software and find the feature that allows you to indicate that you may accept cookies from this web address.

If all these steps don’t work then you may have a computer problem. Please try and access you course from a different computer.

If all this fails contact support by click the button in the lower right corner to chat or call 1-866-521-0202.
